TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing the Superteam Academy terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the Operator') and Superteam Academy regarding your access to and use of the protocol.

Access to this terminal is restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the protocol, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Superteam Academy utilizes cryptographic signatures for session management. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your private keys and connected wallet. Any operations performed via your signature are deemed to be authorized by you.

All curricula, code templates, and proprietary protocols within the Academy are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for educational purposes only.

Malicious exploitation of the protocol, automated scraping, or any attempt to circumvent gamification guards is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in permanent termination of your Operator ID.

Operations involving the Solana blockchain are subject to sub-second finality. Superteam Academy cannot reverse on-chain transactions, gas fees (SOL), or permanent credential issuances.

Superteam Academy is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from software bugs, network congestion, or wallet misconfigurations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the terminal at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Operators.
